Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is seeking enthusiastic, collaborative individuals for a full-time Textile Production Specialist position.

Compensation: $13.00 per hour with opportunities for monthly bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the maximization of store sales and contribute to the profitability of Goodwill.
  • Deliver prompt and courteous service to customers and donors.
  • Meet expectations for assigned tasks, including:
    • Receiving, processing, pricing, and displaying merchandise in accordance with established policies and standards.
    • Achieving production goals for items processed per hour.
    • Providing EXCEPTIONAL customer service with a SMILE.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds, with or without assistance.
  • Capability to reach, bend, or stoop and utilize safe lifting techniques.
  • Able to stand for six to eight hours a day.
  • Reliable transportation to ensure timely arrival at work.
  • Friendly, cheerful, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to distinguish colors.
