Pediatric Advanced Practice Provider Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Pediatric Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Mercy Medical Group. As a Pediatric Advanced Practice Provider, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to pediatric patients, working closely with pediatricians and other healthcare professionals to conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients, including physical examinations, medical histories, and diagnostic tests.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans, prescribe medications and therapies as needed.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or equivalent experience.
  • Active CA state licensure and ability to practice as an advanced practice provider in pediatrics.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in pediatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $131,000 - $171,973 per year, paid annually. Our benefits package includes a desirable retirement plan, bonus potential, and more.
