Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in navigating their healthcare needs, ensuring optimal health outcomes through prescription management and clinical services.
- Deliver clinical pharmacy services in accordance with state regulations, focusing on medication therapy management and patient care.
- Oversee the accuracy of prescription fulfillment, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional patient care through various communication methods, collaborating with healthcare providers to enhance wellness outcomes.
- Support the Pharmacy Manager in supervising pharmacy staff, facilitating their training and development.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, along with a valid Pharmacist License in the state of practice. Additional certifications, such as Immunization Certification and CPR Certification, are also required.
