At Dave & Buster's, we're looking for a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering an unparalleled Guest experience by providing fast, friendly service and being attentive to Guests' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional Guest service by taking orders, serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Upsell and promote our menu items and drinks to increase sales and revenue.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tables and orders simultaneously.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our menu items and be able to answer questions regarding food and drink preparation.
  • Operate Micros systems to take orders, manage inventory, and process transactions.
  • Assist with party set up and breakdown, and participate in all incentives and contests to drive sales and promote the brand.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a bartending or hospitality role is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work days, nights, and weekends as required.
