Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by building rapport with customers, listening actively, and offering honest and informed advice.
- Meet or exceed sales objectives through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Partner with customers to understand their home furnishing needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience.
- Proven track record of successful sales performance.
- Experience in luxury market and product lines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic devices and systems.
- $18.00 hourly for the first 90 days.
- Automatically converted to straight commission after 90 days.
- Option to opt for straight commission upon completing the two-week training period.
