Key Responsibilities:
- Be a Meat Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of business operations, product safety standards, and inventory management to ensure the quality and accuracy of meat products.
- Be a Team Player: Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team, communicate effectively, and adapt to the needs of the business.
- Be a Problem Solver: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement by adapting to new tools and encouraging others to use them.
- Be an Owner: Ensure commitment to operational excellence by maintaining work areas according to company policies and procedures, ensuring quality and date control standards for meat products, and securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Be an advocate for the department and the club by valuing the member's experience in the meat area and modeling high-quality service and products.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to stand for long periods of time while assisting members quickly and accurately
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
