Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BDC Manager to join our team. As a BDC Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Business Development Center (BDC) team, driving sales and service growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the BDC Team
    • Recruit, train, and manage a team of BDC representatives to achieve sales and service targets.
    • Develop and implement effective sales and service strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive Sales and Service Growth
    • Develop and execute plans to increase sales and service revenue.
    • Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Customer Satisfaction
    • Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Monitor and address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Other Responsibilities
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
