About the Role:
Responsibilities:
- Patient assessment, treatment planning, and teamwork with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality care.
- Implementing and evaluating care of patients, utilizing the nursing process by use of technology, therapeutic intervention, evidence-based practice, and coordination of care with other health team members.
Shift Details:
Full time, night shift (7pm - 7:30am). Weekends include approximately every other to every 3rd weekend. The holiday schedule is 1 or 2 winter holidays and 1 summer holiday.
