Job Summary

The Clinic RN, LPN, CMA or RMA is a vital member of our healthcare team, providing direct or indirect care to patients with urgent, emergent, or potential health problems. This role involves general patient care, assistance with procedures, and documentation of activities, as well as patient and family education.

Responsibilities
  • Provide care utilizing established principles and ethical standards, as well as policies and procedures established by Deaconess.
  • Assist with procedures and provide general patient care.
  • Document activities and provide patient and family education.
Requirements
  • Graduation certificate from an accredited Medical Assistant program or graduation from an accredited nursing program required.
  • Experience preferred but not required.
  • Certification/license from one of the following: Certified Medical Assistant, Registered Medical Assistant, Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, National Certified Medical Assistant, Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant, Registered Medical Assistant, Certified Medical Assistant Clinical, or Active LPN or RN license in the state of employment.
  • CPR provider certification required.
