Amergis Staffing is partnering with a respected educational institution to fill a Special Education Paraprofessional position on a contractual basis for the upcoming school year.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Assist in providing support to students with special needs in a sub-separate classroom setting or through pull-out services.
• Collaborate with educators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Utilize ABA techniques and strategies to promote positive behaviors and academic growth.
• Work closely with the educational team to collect and analyze data to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions.
**Requirements:**
• Experience working with students with autism and/or ABA experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced educational environment and maintain a high level of professionalism.
