As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for advising clients on complex business and legal transactions, negotiating settlements for legal disputes, and representing clients in court or before government agencies.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on business and legal transactions
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
- Represent clients in court or before government agencies
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients

Requirements
- Previous experience in law
- Familiarity with various legal documents
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What We Offer
- Competitive salary: $160,000 - $240,000 per year based on experience and qualifications
- Bonus structure after 3 months
- Flexible work arrangement (4 days in Elgin office, 1 remote day)
