**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Support Specialist to provide technical support and maintenance for our Information Technology (IT) systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT system administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for IT systems, including implementation, troubleshooting, and day-to-day operations.
  • Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes, ensuring optimal system performance and resource utilization.
  • Provide support to IT systems, including monitoring, problem resolution, and escalation to senior technical staff.
  • Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity, and configures network components.
  • Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning.
  • Provide in-depth experience in trouble-shooting IT systems, analyzing and resolving complex problems associated with server hardware, applications, and software integration.
Requirements:
  • Fifteen (15) years of experience as a System Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • Five (5) years of additional System Administration experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Clearance Requirements:
  • TS/SCI Clearance is required for this position.
  • A POLYGRAPH is required for this position.
