Position Overview:
Manage a patient load of 18-25 individuals daily, dedicating 40 minutes for initial consultations and annual wellness evaluations, while follow-up appointments are allocated 20 minutes.
Focus primarily on adult patients aged 50 and above, with limited engagement with younger demographics. This role excludes pediatric care.
Emphasize preventative healthcare within a capitated HMO framework and Original Medicare.
Enjoy a 100% outpatient setting with no on-call responsibilities.
Utilize eClinicalWorks for electronic medical records.
Qualifications:
Possession of an unrestricted medical license in California is essential.
A current DEA certificate for California is required to commence duties.
Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Compensation and Benefits:
Attractive benefits package inclusive of bonuses, featuring a 401k matching program. The base salary ranges from $270,000 to $300,000, with potential production bonuses leading to a total compensation package valued between $300,000 and $350,000.
