Job Overview

Madero Cantina is seeking a skilled Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for taking and serving food and drink orders, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Take orders from customers and ensure prompt delivery of food and beverages
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop a working knowledge of our menu items, promotions, ingredients, and preparation times
  • Communicate customer orders to kitchen staff and ensure accurate preparation
  • Process customer payments and provide change in a courteous and efficient manner
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have or be able to obtain Alcohol Beverage Control Responsible Beverage Service Training certification
  • Must have or be able to obtain a CA Food Handlers Certificate
  • Minimum of 2 years of serving experience in a restaurant environment
  • Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment
