We are seeking a qualified Teacher to join our team at Kilgour. As a Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our young students, creating a safe and engaging learning environment, and partnering with parents to support their child's development.

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
• Create a safe, nurturing environment that promotes learning and development
• Partner with parents to support their child's education and well-being
• Support the center's success by contributing to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
