Job Title: EPC Managing Counsel

Job Summary:

The EPC Managing Counsel will provide legal support to the EPC team, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This role will involve drafting, reviewing, and negotiating EPC agreements, as well as providing general legal advice to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate EPC agreements, including contracts for equipment and materials, and other project-related agreements.
  • Provide general legal advice to the EPC team, including guidance on contract interpretation and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination on EPC-related matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations, and provide guidance to the EPC team on how to comply.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of EPC-related legal work.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in EPC or construction law.
  • Strong knowledge of EPC contracts and agreements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the renewable energy industry.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including those related to EPC contracts and agreements.
