Cupcake Decorator Job Summary

Sprinkles Cupcakes is seeking a skilled Cupcake Decorator to join our team. As a Cupcake Decorator, you will be responsible for hand-frosting cupcakes and adding designs to each one. You will work closely with our team to ensure that every cupcake meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hand-frost cupcakes and add designs to each one
• Work closely with the team to ensure high-quality cupcakes
• Learn and master various frosting techniques
• Assist with cleaning duties and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Report to work as scheduled and fulfill requirements for duration of shift

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a food service or bakery environment
• Ability to work a changing schedule that can begin between Midnight and 3am
• Ability to communicate verbally and understand/follow written and verbal instructions from management
• Must be able to move around the front of the bakery and lift at least 50 pounds
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a consistent pace through the shift
