Master Landscape Architect

We are seeking a skilled Master Landscape Architect to lead our PLACE team in the Metro Atlanta area. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in landscape and hardscape design on various public and private projects, with a strong background in project management, mentoring junior staff, and interface with clients.

• A minimum of 9-12 years' experience working in a design studio environment, preferably in a multidisciplinary setting.
• An active landscape architecture license.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and other relevant drafting/design software, such as LandFX, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Rhino, and Lumion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
• Technical understanding of construction means and methods, materials, building codes, and code research.
• Strong design sense and ability to scale design based on client budget.
• Experience writing technical specifications is preferred.

• Leading project efforts, collaborating with multiple disciplines, and managing staff workflow.
• Teaching and assisting others in computer design programs.
• Initiating and creating design concepts for presentation.
• Leading construction observation site visits and permit efforts.
• Developing and reviewing technical specifications, letter proposals, and competitive proposal packages.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,600.00 - $99,800.00 for this position, as well as additional cash incentives and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, financial, and other benefits dependent on position offered.
