We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our team as an Ambulatory Nurse in a dynamic and fast-paced clinic setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will utilize your nursing expertise to provide high-quality patient care and support our mission to improve health and well-being.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Utilize a systematic approach to nursing practice, incorporating assessment, planning, nursing diagnosis, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, scope of practice, and recognized professional standards.
- Support multiple areas within a clinic setting with strong interpersonal skills and flexibility, maintaining patient confidentiality and protecting patient rights.
- Resolve concerns or complaints regarding patient care or service.
- Maintain current Minnesota registered nurse's licensure and BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines.
- Demonstrate knowledge of age-related growth and development necessary to provide appropriate care to the patient population served and ensure safety of patients.
- Possess strong critical thinking skills, ability to multi-task, and excellent communication skills.
**Requirements:**
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
- Associate degree or diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- 1 year of prior experience in nursing preferred.
