Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and maintain our computer network, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, hardware, and networking equipment.
- Document and maintain user account information, including access rights and system groups.
- Work with users to promote the use of automation and provide technical support as needed.
- Collaborate with the IT Manager to develop and implement network policies and procedures.
- Associate degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience.
- Knowledge and experience in computer and operating systems, as well as network protocols and topologies.
- Ability to work independently and make critical judgments.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, or view a computer screen for extended periods.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions for extended periods.
- Occasional travel to training programs may be required.
