Job Overview
The Front Desk Agent plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless guest experience at our boutique hotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for greeting guests, processing check-ins and check-outs, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process guest check-ins and room assignments in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Accommodate special requests and resolve guest issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process payments and handle cash handling, credit card processing, and accounting tasks.
- Answer inquiries about hotel services, local attractions, and provide directions as needed.
- Assist guests with check cashing, safety boxes, and additional guest room keys.
- Perform special projects and participate in task forces as assigned.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
A high school education or related experience is required. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
