Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to work with our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong understanding of imaging equipment and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining the procedure and positioning the patient
  • Position patients correctly to ensure accurate and high-quality images
  • Monitor patients during imaging procedures to ensure their safety and comfort
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient imaging procedures
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or higher in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
  • Current certification as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT)
  • 2+ years of experience as a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy
