Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Caribou Coffee Barista to join our team at Coffee Cup Fuel Stop. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve beverages and food products according to Caribou's policies and procedures.
  • Greet and chat with customers, creating a positive and energetic atmosphere.
  • Develop personal relationships with regular customers and provide personalized service.
  • Stock and organize store merchandise, ensuring a well-maintained store environment.
  • Manage cash drawer and follow all cash handling policies and procedures.

Requirements:
