Dental Hygienist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team at Cedar Family Dentistry. As a key member of our patient care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional oral health care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings and screenings
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Provide education and guidance to patients on proper oral health care techniques and habits
- Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and exceptional outcomes

- Current dental hygienist license in the state of Washington
- Associate or Bachelor degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening and medical history documentation
- CPR certification
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions periodically throughout the year
