¿Qué es esta posición?

Como Houseperson, serás parte esencial en dar forma a la experiencia de los huéspedes. Tus responsabilidades incluirán:

  • Remover basura y ropa de cama sucia de las unidades
  • Asistir a Supervisores y Housekeepers en la preparación de unidades para limpieza
  • Entregar ropa de cama limpia y materiales necesarios a las unidades según indicado
  • Mantener equipos de Housekeepers y unidades de almacenamiento limpios y ordenados
  • Presentarte a trabajar puntualmente y según programado, utilizando el uniforme adecuado y siguiendo los estándares de apariencia establecidos por la empresa
  • Mantener actitud positiva, amistosa y servicial que garantice una experiencia positiva para los huéspedes
  • Cumplir con todas las normas y procedimientos de seguridad
