As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a significant caseload and a team of Case Managers, providing exceptional client service, and collaborating with multiple departments to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management: Manage a substantial caseload and oversee a team of Case Managers to ensure timely and effective resolution of cases.
  • Client Service: Provide informative and compassionate client service, ensuring clients are well-informed and supported throughout the process.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Property Damage, Case Management, Demands/Negotiation, and Liens departments to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Communication: Communicate daily with clients regarding legal strategy and treatment plans, ensuring seamless coordination and effective case management.
  • Analysis: Analyze fact patterns to help clear coverage and establish liability, driving successful case outcomes.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar, with at least 2 years of experience in Personal Injury law.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, ability to supervise and provide guidance and counsel, experience settling cases in the pre-litigation stage, and Spanish fluency is a plus.
Benefits
  • Compensation: Competitive compensation range based on experience: $130,000 - $220,000.
