Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to residents in post-acute care facilities
  • Follow and adhere to care plans for residents
  • Monitor vital signs and provide regular reports to the nursing team
  • Observe and address resident concerns and emergencies
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide a clean and sanitary environment
  • Communicate with family members and other visitors
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Effective organizational and communication skills
