Job Description:

At Centura, Inc, we are seeking a skilled Aerospace Fabrication Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

* Operate manufacturing equipment with proficiency, ensuring safety and quality in aerospace and defense manufacturing.
* Execute manufacturing tasks independently, with the ability to operate equipment solo, while maintaining collaboration with a team member.
* Utilize various tools and equipment, including air-operated hand tools, high-temperature equipment, measuring instruments, hydraulic forming presses, band saws, debur machines, and drill presses.
* Execute projects with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.

Requirements:

* Technical proficiency with strong analytical ability and a decisive operational focus.
* Results-driven and solution-oriented mindset.
* Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks with precision.
* Competent in product evaluation, reading blueprints, understanding GD T, and verifying dimensions with precision measuring tools.
* Ability to work overtime, alternate shifts, and with close tolerances.

Qualifications:

* 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Highly motivated self-starter with strong reading, writing, and math skills.
* Regular attendance, punctuality, and dependability are essential.
* Exposure to complex materials systems and processes.
* Interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and written processes.
* Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident.
