Summary of Duties

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee the delivery of raw materials and manage the rotation of storage areas.
  • Assist truck drivers as necessary.
  • Conduct routine inspections, cleaning, and preventive maintenance on the front-end loader.
  • Consistently load designated raw materials into process metering bins and maintain target levels in the overbed silo.
  • Perform regular tasks such as inspections and cleaning of the wood yard area to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Requirements

This position requires:

  • A High School Diploma or GED certificate.
  • Certification for fork truck or heavy equipment operation, or relevant experience.
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills.
  • Experience in an industrial manufacturing setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a respectful demeanor when interacting with vendors and suppliers.
  • A keen attention to detail and exceptional service orientation.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance.

This position does not qualify for relocation assistance.
