Job Title: SAP/FICO Sr Business Analyst

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business problems and needs, and work with IT teams to design and implement solutions in SAP Finance.
  • Lead requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation of SAP Finance solutions, working closely with global process owners and business users.
  • Work with the PMO team to provide effort estimates and coordinate activities with BTA and GPO teams.
  • Organize project tasks and align with the PMO for timely delivery of projects.
  • Develop training documents and provide training to internal teams on SAP S/4 HANA and FICO processes.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Global SAP Support team and CJ Logistics Americas Finance & Operations teams.
  • Support the CJ business as a subject matter expert on multiple business processes, including FICO, AR, AP, SD, MM, and PS.
  • Manage the development of test plans and training documentation for SAP S/4 HANA and FICO processes.
  • Plan and manage system testing required for software upgrades and new functionality implementation.
  • Work with remote team members, outsourced resources, and users to effectively complete tasks and resolve issues.
  • Support the Finance team with close processes and manage issue resolution.
  • Identify areas for cost reduction within the IT organization.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years of IT planning experience.
  • Experience in developing business processes and managing SAP systems, specifically SAP S/4 HANA with strong FICO knowledge.
  • SD, MM, and PS experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities, with a commitment to deadlines and deliverables.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Computer skills related to Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to travel 10% or less.
