Job Title: Enterprise Cloud Platform Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Cloud Platform Engineer to join our team at Booz Allen. As a key member of our cloud engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cloud-based systems using AWS and other cloud platforms
  • Develop and architect cloud-based service provider systems or system-of-systems architecture
  • Work with Kubernetes and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
  • Lead teams and translate engineering requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless orchestration
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience working with cloud-based systems using AWS and other cloud platforms
  • 3+ years of experience developing and architecting cloud-based service provider systems or system-of-systems architecture
  • 3+ years of experience working with Kubernetes and IaC technologies
  • Experience leading teams and translating engineering requirements
  • Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud (GCP)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes
  • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or other DevOps-related certifications
Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172, annualized USD.
