About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  1. Escort patients to and from treatment rooms, ensuring a seamless experience.
  2. Record accurate treatment notes in patient charts, maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
  3. Perform clinical procedures as directed by our Dentists, adhering to our practice's protocols and standards.
  4. Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to patients, promoting their understanding and comfort.
  5. Monitor patient flow, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  6. Maintain dental units, keeping them ready, stocked, and clean, adhering to our sterilization protocols.
  7. Organize patient charts, radiographs, and treatment room drawers, ensuring a clutter-free environment.
  8. Arrange patient charts and radiographs for the next day's appointments, streamlining our workflow.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A high school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Basic life support certification.
  3. Current Delaware X-ray certification.
  4. Graduation from an accredited dental assisting program or relevant experience.
