Behavioral Health Clinician Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team at Emerson Hospital. As a per diem employee, you will work in the Emergency Department, evaluating patients for psychiatric or substance abuse services. Your role will be instrumental in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the hospital's mission.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive clinical evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with the Behavioral Health Nursing team. To excel in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in a field related to mental health, two years of clinical experience, and LICSW LMHC licensure. Additionally, you must have strong clinical assessment skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to maintain confidential information.

Compensation and Benefits

This per diem position offers an estimated annual salary of $65,000-$85,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes competitive pay rates, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
