About the Role
We are a leading property management company, awarded Property Management Company of the year by the Apartment Association of Nebraska for five years in a row. We are expanding in the local market and beyond, and we want to add members to our amazing team of Maintenance Technicians in Bentonville, AR.

Key Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Technician, you will lead the charge for maintenance excellence in property management to repair and maintain some of the best properties in town. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to work orders in a timely manner with the highest level of quality
  • Repairing, replacing, and maintaining apartment equipment and fixtures
  • Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing and electrical equipment
  • Snow removal and property grounds cleanup
  • Frequently walking, bending, lifting/pulling/pushing up to 70 pounds
  • Performing all other duties as assigned

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum one year of related experience (construction, electrical, plumbing, rehabs)
  • Valid EPA certification or must be certified within 90 days of employment. The company will pay for this certification, which consists of the first test and a retake. Any retakes should be completed within 10 days. If there is a third test, the employee will be responsible for the payment and if there is no pass, the employee will be subject to demotion or separation from the company
  • Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Yardi experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work on a rotating on-call schedule
  • Valid Driver License, reliable transportation, and valid insurance required
  • Personal Smart Phone is necessary in this position (monthly reimbursement available)
  • Microsoft Office Suite knowledge preferred
  • Ability to uphold the Company Vision and Values
  • You will be required to provide your own hand and power tools
