We are seeking a highly skilled Obstetrician Gynecologist Physician to join our team at WVU Medicine. The successful candidate will practice in the primary location of Martinsburg, WV, and be expected to provide a full spectrum of women's health services, from adolescence through menopause and beyond.
The Obstetrics and Gynecology providers of WVU Medicine offer the latest innovative advances in obstetric and gynecologic care. Our team provides a range of services, including preventive exams, specialized gynecologic treatment, and obstetric services.
Berkeley Medical Center serves the community as a 195-bed non-profit acute care hospital. Our hospital offers full radiology services, including MRI, PET, nuclear medicine, and interventional radiology; a wound care center with two hyperbaric chambers, a NICU, a 20-bed ICU, oncology services, neurosurgery services, and a Cardiac Cath Lab.
The West Virginia University Health System is the state's largest health system, with more than 2,700 beds and over 20 hospitals, including a children's hospital and five institutes. Our Eastern Panhandle location offers a rural atmosphere and a lower cost of living, mixed with easy accessibility to the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore, MD areas.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible to obtain a state medical license. You will also need to have completed an OB/Gyn Residency program and an Obstetrics and Gynecology fellowship program, as well as be board certified or eligible in Obstetrics/Gynecology.
