Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Moving Center team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the fleet to deliver clean and well-maintained equipment, performing profit/loss analyses, hiring and mentoring new team members, tracking and itemizing inventory, and managing the personnel budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the fleet to ensure equipment is clean and well-maintained
  • Perform profit/loss analyses to inform business decisions
  • Hire and mentor new team members to ensure a high-performing team
  • Track and itemize inventory to ensure accurate records
  • Manage the personnel budget to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Ensure customers receive the highest quality of care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in fleet management and equipment maintenance
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to perform profit/loss analyses
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
  • Ability to track and itemize inventory
  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
