About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Service Advisor to join our team at The ODP Corporation. As a Sales and Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by educating customers about Office Depot products and services.
  • Utilize communication tools to request assistance and coordinate services throughout the store.
  • Perform duties such as cashier, logistics support, stocking, and inventory control.
  • Ensure merchandise presentation guidelines are met through implementing plan-o-gram changes and updates.
  • Proactively engage every customer to ensure a positive experience.
  • Evaluate customer needs to determine additional offerings or services required.
  • Drive Technology, Tech Services, Furniture, and Print sales by supporting current programs and new product launches.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and support loss prevention efforts.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent education preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a related field.
  • 2 Years Sales and/or Customer Services experience preferred.
  • Ability to use technology and print equipment applicable to the role.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong selling skills and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Adaptability to a changing environment.
  • Ability to coach and train others in a professional environment.
