- Prepare and dispense medications, including IV admixtures and sterile preparations
- Monitor patients on target drugs and initiate pharmacokinetic dosing protocols
- Provide education and counseling to patients on medication use and safety
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy and improve patient outcomes
- Current licensure as a Pharmacist in the State of New York
- Completion of an approved Pharmacy internship or Master's Degree in Pharmacy
- Experience with CPOE systems and automated medication dispensing machines
