Avera Sister James Care Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

About the Role:

  • Deliver exceptional patient care: Provide direct care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Collaborate with the care team: Work closely with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment: Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork, respect, and compassion in all interactions with residents, families, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Age requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
  • Certification: Must obtain CNA certification within 120 days of hire.

Work Schedule:

  • Shifts: 6:00am-2:00pm, every other weekend, every other holiday; 15 hours every 2 weeks.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is $24.00 per hour, with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
