Job Title: LPN/RN Family Medicine and Pediatrics

Innova Solutions is seeking a skilled LPN/RN Family Medicine and Pediatrics professional to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care and patient education to meet the needs of our client population.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN/RN Family Medicine and Pediatrics professional to provide high-quality patient care and education. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family medicine and pediatrics, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care and patient education to meet the needs of client population
  • Assist other nursing staff members and department providers in the provision of quality care
  • Will be trained and assigned to provide care in Family Medicine, including Women's Health and Children's Specialty Services
Requirements:
  • Graduation from a State-approved school of nursing (LPN) with a permit or license to practice
  • Must hold 1-3 years of clinical or physician's office experience
  • Current BLS certification and Infection Control Certification
  • Excellent communication skills
