We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Warehouse Ops Coordinator to join our dynamic team This role will be based in a warehouse environment, primarily responsible for coordinating and executing logistics operations across assigned Super Laundry Regions. If you possess excellent organizational skills, have a strong background in inventory management, and are able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate scheduling, delivery, and installation of commercial laundry equipment in various environments.
  • Receive, transfer, report, track, and monitor equipment as needed.
  • Prepare, organize, and stage equipment for delivery.
  • Assemble required parts prior to loading trucks when necessary.
  • Clean and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Move and transfer laundry equipment as directed.
  • Ensure adherence to company safety policies and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports through Solomon/RS.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; 1-3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to pass pre-employment screening.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Prior experience installing large appliances is a plus.
  • Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems is beneficial.
