We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at TeamHealth in Lakeland, Florida. As a CRNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
Responsibilities:
* Provide anesthesia care to patients in a variety of settings, including operating rooms and post-anesthesia care units
* Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
* Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations, develop anesthesia plans, and implement anesthesia care
* Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia plans as needed
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
