Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Engineer - Pipeline Specialist to join our team at Saxon Global.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing an SRE test platform, which will test code pushed to production against 1 percent of traffic, instead of 100 percent of traffic. This resource will be doing the Java implementation portion of this project, creating APIs (REST, Graph) and working with the Spring Framework (Data, Batch, Boot). The ideal candidate should have native Java experience and be able to work independently with minimal reliance on frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Java-based solutions for the SRE test platform
  • Design and develop APIs (REST, Graph) for data exchange
  • Work with the Spring Framework (Data, Batch, Boot) to build scalable and efficient solutions
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless integration and deployment

Requirements:

  • Native Java experience
  • Strong understanding of Java programming principles and best practices
  • Experience with Spring Framework (Data, Batch, Boot)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
