Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Optometrist to lease space in our Walmart stores and provide high-quality eye care services to our customers. As an independent lease holder, you will have the autonomy to establish your own practice, including setting your schedule, fees, and patient care protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive eye exams and vision care services to patients
  • Establish and maintain a loyal patient base
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new patients
  • Manage your own practice, including staff, equipment, and supplies
  • Meet or exceed sales and profitability targets
Requirements
  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
  • Valid state optometry license
  • Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) degree from an accredited school
  • Valid state ophthalmology license
  • General Liability Certificate
  • Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
  • W-9
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a retail or business-to-consumer environment
  • Strong business and marketing skills
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
