Medical Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Mt Holly Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.
CompensationThe hourly rate for this position is $18-$24, with opportunities for shift differentials and bonuses. This includes:
- $3 extra per hour for waiving benefits and time off
- Shift differential of $1.50/hour for Monday-Friday, 3pm-11pm shifts
- Shift differential of $1.00/hour for Monday-Friday, 11pm-7am shifts
- Shift differential of $2.00/hour for weekend shifts
A $4000 sign-on bonus is also available for those working the 3pm-11pm shift.
About the RoleThis is a full-time and part-time opportunity for Certified Nursing Assistants who want to make a positive impact in the lives of our residents and patients. We offer same-day pay and a generous tuition reimbursement program (up to $2,500 per year).
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must possess a current, active license to practice as a CNA in New Jersey. If you have completed a nursing assistant course within the last 120 days and are intending to pass your CNA exam, we can also consider your application.
