We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Ambe Healthcare Staffing in Tacoma, WA.
Job Summary:This is a full-time opportunity for a Physical Therapist to work with our clients in Tacoma, WA. The ideal candidate will have experience in rehabilitation therapy and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify physical therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals
- Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises, stretches, and modalities
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans
- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Experience in rehabilitation therapy, preferably in a hospital or outpatient setting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
