Job Title: District Manager

Job Summary:

The District Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robbins stores, providing guidance and support to store managers, and driving sales growth through effective leadership and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of store managers to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor operations, provide coaching and feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Manage store staffing levels, scheduling, and training programs to ensure optimal performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to share best practices and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in restaurant operations management, preferably in the fast-casual industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in restaurant management software.
