District Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager to join our team at Delight OR Management, LLC. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurants, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our business is running efficiently.

• Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, profits, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate restaurant teams to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and control labor costs, food costs, and other expenses to ensure profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a multi-unit environment.
• Proven track record of success in managing restaurant teams and driving sales growth.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
