Job Description

The Human Factors Engineer position at Strategic Resources, Inc. is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team in providing national staffing services to various Occupational Health Centers throughout the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct workplace design and essential job functional analysis to optimize employee performance and safety.
  • Develop and implement employee training programs on ergonomic principles and safe work practices.
  • Evaluate and recommend furniture and equipment to promote a healthy and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or professional licensure in a health field related to ergonomics, engineering, life sciences, or behavior sciences.
  • Certification as a Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE) or Associate Ergonomics Professional (AEP).
Estimated Salary Range:$114,000 - $140,000 per year.
