Job Title: Food Court Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Court Associate to join our team at H Mart. As a Food Court Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our food court area, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming floors in the food court area, clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and other furniture surfaces, empty trash bins and replace liners as needed, and clean and sanitize food court counters, kiosks, and all other food court areas as needed.
  • Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize public restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors as needed.
  • Supply Management: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as necessary.
  • Communication: Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly and assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not required.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks, ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies, and ability to bend, stoop, and reach overhead.
